Why is my tank cycling taking so long?

i have been cycling it for like 2 weeks now and its still the same the ammonia is at 3.0 and nitrite is at 10.0 and nitrate is at 80 there is ammonia white debris on the gravel because when i put the net in and make the water move there are like white stuff that start floating around the tank and that is the ammonia so if it is there it will never dissappear so should i just remove it with the net or wait til the filter eats it? the tank is 30 gallons and will be freshwater tank for glofish,cherry barbs, cories,platies,and a dwarf gourami
