I'm gonna paint my bedroom dark blue, any advice here?

im moving into a new apartment soon and i thought a bedroom with dark blue walls is cool. and i'll match it with white furnitures like my bed, closet nd bookshelf. i'm thinking to add some other BRIGHT colors such as yelow or red.. and it's not a big space so i dont wanna put excess stuff in it. anyway, do you guys have any other suggestions about it ?
