How can I get him to like me like I like him?

My friend is gay...but Im pretty sure he is Bi, the other day he said he made out with 2 chicks at a party, but then we go watch gay together...wow, i know. We are best friends and tell each other everything. We got REALLY close this one time where my leg was between his and I hand my hand on his thigh( we were sitting on stools) then we would scoot in closer and my hand would go farther up his thigh until my knee was about an inch from his crotch.(by then my hand was also on that same knee)It was very nice! ha ha. I have feelings for him but I'm not sure if he has them for me. Once he laid his hand on mind for a few seconds them moved it and then rubbed my hand a little, but then he made up some excuse (i saw kenneth(<<--gay guy) in your eyes) I've layed in the floor with him with my head on his back just watching TV. He protects me from these girls at school who tease me. He hugs me goodbye and just for no reason, We say I love you every night and in the day when we are hanging out. He always stands up for me. everyone at school insists that we are a couple because we are so much alike. We wrestle around in his bed and lay there together listening to music. (dont say he's just trying to have with me, he has had plenty of times where we were alone and he didnt do anything- and I trust him) We might be going to a concert in Nov. and then spending the night in a hotel.(his dad's driving us.) I want to get closer at the hotel and throughout the whole night. I would do anything for this guy! We are younger than 16 (dont say im to young) and its not like I wanna do "it" i just wanna snuggle or something. Any help on getting Closer??
