Do most Chinese spin doctors just "do a basic cut and paste job" as this article indicates?

Chen Ping and dog lover both say that if they know nothing their government is protecting them. Then they must be children because grown up adults are capableof protecting themselves along with their families. A grown up adult protects and provides for their families. Children need the protection from the adults, parents and adults should provide this protection for the children. Now I understand more why some of these answers are so lame, they are written by children. Do you children understand that this section is for 13 year olds and older? This also brings to light why some answers are written with such inexperience in life and in living.
