Why is it, that on Yahoo compose pg, when I clk on TO, address book doesn't come up?? Works with Firefox?

With IE as browser, the Yahoo address book doesn't come up when I click on insert addresses or TO. When I switch to Firefox, the address book comes up. The address book comes up sometimes with IE as browser (intermittent). Appreciate any help. Tanx Jim
