Is Cadaga JobCorps haunted?

Im currently attending Cadaga JobCorps Academy in Cadaga, NY. I heard when i got here that this place used to be an old TB hospital ward, and there are tunnels underground the facility **(which i have been through)** where they took the bodys to be stored and then cremated. I have asked several people about it and they will not give me full or complete answers, some of them just totally avoid me. I have saw things that cannot be explained and have had things even touch me in the night, iam not the only one who has said this. Campus staff has banned ouija boards, tarot cards, and any other device that can communicate with the spirits. I have brought a ouija board up here to ask it was the tunnels were used for and it replied "too dark." SO I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED UP HERE, IF ITS HAUNTED, AND WHY PEOPLE AVOID THE QUESTION.
