Apologies for the earlier post, I'll get serious this time - prayer for removal of past influences?

I think the greatest prayer is the one that comes from the heart in your own words. To find the true self & to understand that all are connected & have a purpose. That every thing has good & bad sides, but to be able go above the pettiness & help others is the better choice.
