Texas Statutes question?

For a project, I need to find the Texas statutes on mental insanity/insanity as well as aggravating/mitigating cirstances (how the statutes define them). I looked on sites that had the Texas Revised Statutes text but couldn't find the aforementioned terms. Any tips on how or where to find or just telling what they say is gratefully appreciated.
