Bell's Palsy symptoms?

started about 4 days ago.. anyway I'm feeling very uncomfortable around the neck area of the infected side.. that should be normal right? And my face on the same side is a bit swollen I think.. but when I sleep I feel like the other side of my neck is also very uncomfortable.. is that normal as well? And not just when I sleep.. even now I feel a bit..
