Will the Orchid cuttings grow?

I have two stems with orchid flowers (the flowers are just purple and white, a common kind i think) on them. I got them from a flower arrangement, and I was wondering if it is possible for them to be planted or grow roots. I would really like to keep them. The two stems do not have any roots or anything on them right now. Thanks!
