What race would your society consider these people by looking at physical traits?

the 1st and 3rd would be considered Black or maybe mixed Black & East Asian....the 2nd one definitely mixed. Though I'm aware of the existence of millions of ethnic groups indigenous to Africa who posess the epicanthic folds typical of east asians.
