My heart damn it to hell?

Every now and then I get this really shrieking pain through my heart like a blade is sliding through it, It's pretty random and lasts only for about 1,2, or 3sec but when it happens it stops me in my tracks. I mentioned it to a doctor he said it was nothing but it has to be something why would it happen. Anyone have a clue what it could be?
