How is downloading speed of tata indicom photon wiz? What maxm speed do u get when downloading thru torrent.?

I am interested in 799/- unlimited plan. I have been accessing net thru my mobile gprs onto my laptop which gives a so-so speed(nearly poor). Kindly suggest me if i should buy it or not.
