How do i send my toefl results to the university im applyin to?

i have a toelf xam this wed..and i think ill be receivin my score online within 2 to 3 weeks..i want to know if i can send my results received online straight away to university or i have to add the uni as sum score recipent on the toefl ibt website..i dont know wht to do????..help plz!!
