Can i use my natural wetness to lubricate the inside of the condom?

Me and my boyfriend havent got any lube and we live out the country so the nearst shop is a good 45min walk away do we need to put lube inside the condom we arent going to have proper he just wants to me we both have been tested for infections and we are both clean we are the leagal age too thanks for all your help!
